‼️ Please be aware that this property is one half of a duplex. They are two completely separate apartments, the only thing they share is a wall. This wall is insulated correctly but sound can still travel from one unit to the other (tv sounds, loud dogs, etc). The other unit is also an Airbnb so it’s usually well behaved guests but if there is ever an issue you can always reach out to us! 🐛 A note on bugs: We hate bugs too! That's why we have our properties treated regularly by a professional pest company. That being said, when temperatures and moisture levels change, you may see a bug. This is not an indication of cleanliness but a reality of living below sea level in the South. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund. 🏘️ My neighborhood is diverse both culturally and economically. If you're not comfortable with that, please book elsewhere.

House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night. 3. Check out is at 11 a.m. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. Sorry we don't accept bookings from locals. 5. Please correctly state the number of pets on your reservation. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet per night. 6. We are pet friendly but we have a two pet max. 7. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after. 8. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 9. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee its a prefect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 10. We have our house professionally serviced by pest control professional both for mosquito spraying and bugs. However please be aware that this is the south, and when the weather changes, or after storm weather you may see a bug. This is not an indication that the place is dirty, but that we indeed live in a swampy below sea level city :)

My neighborhood is an up and coming, fun, dog walky, friendly, blue collar, everyone knows each other area. It’s close to anything a guest could want imho. PLEASE NOTE: my neighborhood is also diverse both culturally and economically. If you’re not comfortable with that please book else where Please also note that this apartment is 1/2 of a duplex. Both halves are air bnbs and are private but you may see other guests parking outside

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, making the check-in process very smooth. The location was convenient and the space had everything we needed for a at home feel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Beautiful little place that was really clean and cozy! If you are in the Charleston area I would highly recommend. Don’t mind the overall atmosphere and area outside of the place I felt safe and would gladly return!

Joseph was always responsive! My husband and I had a Charleston trip planned, but the night we arrived he became sick and was in bed the duration of our trip. However, I was able to stay close by and visit all these places within 15 min of the house. The Black Octopus Mercantile, Prophet Coffee, The Station Park Circle, (were only 1 mile away) Planet Fitness, and the outlets were about 12 min away. There was so much to do so close by. Maybe we will see Charleston another time. Stop searching and just book this Airbnb. :)

You can park literally out front of the apartment on the grass. I own the whole corner lot so as long as you don't block anyone in you're good!
