We are near warehouses, logistic companies office parks etc. This won't affect your use of the house in any way but we mention it so you know what to expect visually when pulling up. This listing is in a transitional neighborhood in North Charleston. If you've never been to our city, or if you've never been to a place that is racially and economically diverse, you probably won't like it and we would suggest booking elsewhere. If you have any specific questions about the area just ask! House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night. 3. Check out is at 11 a.m. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please correctly state the number of pets on your reservation. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet per night. 6. We are pet friendly but we have a two pet max. 7. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after. 8. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 9. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee its a prefect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 10. We have our house professionally serviced by pest control professional both for mosquito spraying and bugs. However please be aware that this is the south, and when the weather changes, or after storm weather you may see a bug. This is not an indication that the place is dirty, but that we indeed live in a swampy below sea level city :) 11. This house is on an industrial road, right across from a warehouse, some logistics/corporate rental companies, and some office parks. It is not in a neighborhood. Because of the house location there is potential for noise from the road (though you shouldn't hear it) and we recommend taking care when backing out into the road to exit.

Perfect home for a last minute getaway, completely surpassed our expectations and was the perfect size with an incredibly accessible fenced in back yard for us and our 2 dogs. Would highly recommend.
