As locals and frequent travelers ourselves, we value transparency above all things. Here are some things to note: This property is on an industrial/business park style road, not a neighborhood. We are near warehouses, logistic companies office parks etc. This won't affect your use of the house in any way but we mention it so you know what to expect visually when pulling up. This listing is in a transitional neighborhood in North Charleston. If you've never been to our city, or if you've never been to a place that is racially and economically diverse, you probably won't like it and we would suggest booking elsewhere. If you have any specific questions about the area just ask! My family has lived and worked in North Charleston for 100 years and we are glad to guide you. 🐛 Note on Bugs: We have the house professionally maintained, but depending on the season you may see a bug. This is not an indication of the house not being clean, but a reality of living in the south :) If you see a bug, let us know and we will handle it swiftly. 🏋️ Pool + Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The club is 6 minutes away from the house. The admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.
