Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 8. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee its a prefect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 9. We have our house professionally serviced by pest control professional both for mosquito spraying and bugs. However please be aware that this is the south, and when the weather changes, or after storm weather you may see a bug. This is not an indication that the place is dirty, but that we indeed live in a swampy below sea level city :) 10. Please don’t remove or move furniture
