🐛 A note on bugs: We hate bugs too! That’s why we have our properties treated regularly by a professional pest company. That being said, when temperatures and moisture levels change, you may see a bug. This is not an indication of cleanliness but a reality of living below sea level in the South. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund. 🌳 Backyard note: The backyard is MOSTLY fenced but not all the way. If this is a deal breaker, keep this in mind.

House Rules

1. Please remove shoes in the house, the floors are painted :) 2. Absolutely no smoking/vaping on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 3. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest. 4. Check out is at 11, if you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 5. We don't accept bookings from locals. Sorry for the inconvenience. 6. You must correctly state the number of pets on your reservation, any unauthorized pets will result in a $100 fine per pet per night. 7. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after.

This is an old sleepy neighborhood, many people are ex-military and very nice. But please be aware that we are close to a military base so you may hear the Revellie in the morning and taps at night.

We went for the Cooper River race. Location was amazing. You could get to everything you needed to quick and easy. We definitely refer them. Would definitely stay there again. House was clean equipped with everything you need.

It was great staying at Joseph’s place. Exactly like description and very clean. Very welcoming and we would love to stay again if we ever vacation in SC again! Joseph was very responsive and we needed to extend our stay due to weather conditions at home and he was very accommodating. Thank you!

What a great place to stay! Lots of room to move around and find your own space to hang out. Beds were super comfortable! Some of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. Would definitely stay here again!!

You can park in the driveway at the house. The road outside of my neighborhood is called Dorchester road. It leads directly to the interstate that can take you to downtown Charleston, the beaches, North Charleston coliseum and many other great local destinations.
