The home is 1984 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It has a huge backyard, screened in porch area and a wood deck on the side with propane grill. The neighborhood is very quiet and filled with older neighbors and families. ‼️We offer the best cancellation policy in our area. Cancel up to 24 hours before and get a full refund. ✈️ Note: This property is close to the Air Force base so you may hear the revele in the morning and taps at night. 🐛 A note on bugs: We hate bugs too! That’s why we have our properties treated regularly by a professional pest company. That being said, when temperatures and moisture levels change, you may see a bug. This is not an indication of cleanliness but a reality of living below sea level in the South. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund. 🌳 Backyard note: The backyard is MOSTLY fenced but not all the way. If this is a deal breaker, keep this in mind.

This is an old sleepy neighborhood, many people are ex-military and very nice. But please be aware that we are close to a military base so you may hear the Revellie in the morning and taps at night.

You can park in the driveway to the right of the house The road outside of my neighborhood is called Dorchester road. It leads directly to the interstate that can take you to downtown Charleston, the beaches, North Charleston coliseum and many other great local destinations.
