This is a spacious home that sleeps up to 8 people! Easily accessible with only two steps up to enter the one story property. A perfect home for family featuring 2 communal living rooms with TVs, 3 bedrooms (queen bed, full bed, + two twin beds) and 1 full bathroom (shower/tub combo). Plenty of ways to enjoy our outdoor space: 🏝️hot tub 🍔 grill ☀️ patio 🔥 fire pit 💤 hammock 🪑extra seating 🧗‍♂️climbing fun for the kids!

🧸We make an effort to ensure the house is safe, but it may not be ideal for families with very young crawling babies. 🐛We have our home professionally maintained by pest control services, but that doesn't mean it’s impossible and you may see a bug during your stay. In this rare event, please reach out to us and we will handle it. ‼️We do not allow smoking/vaping, or unauthorized guests or pets. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine. We allow maximum 2 pets, and they must be added in your booking request.

House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest. 3. Check out is at 11 a.m. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please correctly state the number of pets on your reservation. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet per night. 6. We are pet friendly but we have a two pet max. 7. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after. 8. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 9. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee it's a prefect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 10. We have our house professionally serviced by pest control professional both for mosquito spraying and bugs. However please be aware that our home is surrounded by nature, and when the weather changes, or after storm weather you may see a bug. This is not an indication that the place is dirty.

Exactly as advertised in a good way :-) my family can be a tornado of activity between the kids and our dog so the house & hot tub & backyard and play room next to the garage are just what they all needed for an affordable getaway from NYC. Great jumping off location for any Hudson Valley activities. Thank You so much .

we had an absolutely wonderful time. how is that everything we needed and more. post was very responsive when we had questions. We felt right at home. Location was great. Close enough to my family and friends, but far enough out of town to enjoy the scenery and have privacy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would come back if staying in the area

Booked this stay for a January trip with friends. The house was as described and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. Joseph and Shintaro are responsive hosts. Joseph responded quickly to my messages when I had questions and check-in was super smooth. I would stay here again!
