This home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 story home with 1700 square feet of living space. The bedrooms are all on the top floor, but the downstairs can be made into a sleepable area for larger groups or for those with mobility issues. This property has the right mix of outstanding one of kind views year round mixed with a comfy lived in feel family home. Note on train sounds: you may occasionally hear train sounds depending on the day. Most guests do not seem to notice but light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs just to be sure :). Note about the bedroom size: Our bedrooms are perfectly functional but this is an older house and the bedrooms are on the smaller size. House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest/per day 3. check out is at 11 a.m.. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. We do not accept pets at this time. 6. We are pet friendly but we have a two pet max 7. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 8. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee its a prefect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 9. We have our house professionally serviced by pest control professional both for mosquito spraying and bugs. However please be aware that this is a rural area, and when the weather changes, or after storm weather you may see a bug. This is not an indication that the place is dirty, but that we indeed live in nature :)

you can park directly in front of the house in our driveway NOTE: please refrain from turning around in our neighbor's driveways. We don't want to be a nuisance to them :)
