+we have our house professionally maintained for pests, however its not uncommon to see a bug when the weather changes. This is not an indicator of cleanliness but just a reality of living in the deep swampy south :). Our home is right across from the elementary school and walking distance to the actual circle (theres a frisbee golf course around in this area too lol). Besides downtown Charleston, Park Circle is one of the most desirable places to live. Great restaurants, quirky and relaxed neighbors, and lots of fun seasonal events.

You can park to the left of the driveway or out front on the grass by the mail box. There are some train tracks that intersect the neighborhood, if you end up getting stopped, there is always a work around.
