+we have our house professionally maintained for pests, however its not uncommon to see a bug when the weather changes. Park Circle is a hip, friendly relatively walkable area. Our home is right across from the elementary school and walking distance to the actual circle (theres a frisbee golf course around in this area too lol). Besides downtown Charleston, Park Circle is one of the most desirable places to live. Great restaurants, quirky and relaxed neighbors, and lots of fun seasonal events.

Joseph was very responsive to all my messages and questions. we were even able to check in an hour early, which was nice and we had arrived in the area sooner than expected. the house was clean, and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets and linens. it was nice he provided popcorn and coffee and even some ramen noodles for a late night snack. my dogs loved the huge fenced in backyard and the fences were nice and high so I didn't have to worry about them escaping or anything. the house is on the older side, as most of the houses in Charleston are, but there are a lot of renovations but still keeps that old world charm. overall an outstanding stay. thank you!

Joseph was very proactive with communication! We didn’t run into any issues, but it was great to know he was ready to help if necessary. Very nice, quaint home. Perfect for our group of four. Would definitely stay again.

Find Us

You can park to the left of the driveway or out front on the grass by the mail box. There are some train tracks that intersect the neighborhood, if you end up getting stopped, there is always a work around.
