House Rules

1. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm. 2. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 3. Please list the correct number of guests/pets. Any unreported guests/pets will incur a $100 fee per guest/pet per day. 4. Check out is at 11:00 am. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. All locals must request before booking. 5. you must correctly state the number of pets on your reservation, any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet per night. 6. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after.

Neighborhood

Park Circle is a hip, friendly relatively walkable area. Our home is right across from the elementary school and walking distance to the actual circle (theres a frisbee golf course around in this area too lol). Besides downtown Charleston, Park Circle is one of the most desirable places to live. Great restaurants, quirky and relaxed neighbors, and lots of fun seasonal events.

The Park Circle area is a hidden gem! The area reminds me of Asheville in the 1990s. The house is located across from the Elementary school with plenty of sidewalks in the area approximately .6 miles from the “Park Circle District “. The interior was clean, plenty hot water for showers. Overall, a pleasant getaway to get a taste of Charleston.

Everything was perfect! It truly was pet friendly, everything my pups needed. From the large fenced in yard, safe neighborhood to walk in, and a nearby park for walking them. The house had everything we needed, it was clean, neat, stocked with everything we needed, and very quiet. Yes we heard the trains, but it really wasn't bad at all and did not affect our stay. Joseph was very responsive, answered all my questions, was so helpful when we needed to change our reservation due to the storm. He suggested local spots to eat. All in all the visit was a 10+. We loved it and so did my pups.

Great stay overall. The location was convenient and quiet. The backyard was huge and well maintained. The house was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and comfortable. Hosts communicated clearly and promptly throughout the stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

This little gem has such a charm to it! This was definitely one of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. Everything we could have needed was there. Extra towels, all cooking ware, seasonings & spices, items for the dog, literally everything. The backyard space was perfect. My big dog loved having the space to run. Also, this house is very close to a little downtown style area that has lots of restaurants and coffee spots. The host made some great recommendations for coffee destinations, as we like to think we are coffee connoisseurs! :) We were definitely pleased with our weekend in North Charleston!

We booked this place for a last minute end of year trip to our favorite city. This was our 11th stay in the area, and we were pleasantly surprised with how comfy Joseph’s place was - we felt right at home. We’ve stayed in N Charleston twice before, and this street was pretty quiet compared to others. Park Circle is a really cute family friendly area with plenty of great food & hospitality options. The location of this place couldn’t be beat, we were 15 minutes from downtown & Mt Pleasant, and 25-30 from Folly. Comfy couch & beds. The place came stocked with essentials for a family & a fur baby! We would definitely stay here again!

Find us

You can park on the driveway or out front on the grass by the mailbox. There are some train tracks that intersect the neighborhood, if you end up getting stopped, there is always a work around.
