The wall is properly insulated, but as with any shared structure, some sound may travel (e.g., TV noise, barking dogs, etc.). The other unit is also an Airbnb, so it's usually occupied by respectful guests. If you ever have a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help! 😊 🐜 A Quick Note About Bugs: All of our spaces are newly renovated and professionally treated for pests on a recurring basis. That said, this is the Deep South—we’re below sea level, and during seasonal changes, it’s possible you may spot the occasional bug. We promise it’s rare and doesn’t reflect on cleanliness. Please keep doors and windows closed to help prevent any visitors. House Rules

1. No smoking in the house or on the property is forbidden. If the space smells of weed or cigarette smoke, a $1000 fine will be assessed. 2. No parties, any sign of a party will result in a $1000 fine. 3. No additional guests without permission. For any unauthorized guest not on the original listing, a fine of $100 dollars per guest per night will be applied. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. We are pet friendly. You must list any pet on your reservation. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee. 6. Two pets maximum. No exceptions. 7. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after. 8. Staying past 11 am check out without permission is a $400 fine per day.

Neighborhood

My neighborhood is pretty sleepy, kind of place where I wave to the elderly neighbors across the street every day and know almost all my nearby neighbors. Since living here I've had no trouble of any kind, but I would caution all guests to lock your car door just to be on the safe side. Please note: At the risk of sounding impolite, this neighborhood is not a lily white suburb. Its a place of families and old and young and diverse backgrounds mixed together. People walk to work or walk their dog in the park nearby. It’s not a gated community. If you are not comfortable in this type of environment then this listing won't be a good fit. Please also note that this apartment is 1/2 of a duplex. Both halves are air bnbs and are private but you may see other guests parking outside For my light sleepers: one of the windows is towards the road. Usually not a problem but if you’re very sensitive it could be nice to have headphones. Also, there is a train track about a mile away, might hear that at night too. I’m not a heavy sleeper but both of these don’t bother me FYI. Just a heads up ;)

Joseph’s spot was a perfect lil get away, it was super clean and matched the description really well! Was dog friendly which was a big bonus for us and was in a super walkable neighborhood! Definitely would stay here again!

Cozy, Comfortable and Clean!Not far from Credit One Stadium to attend the tennis tournament. Parks, greenways for walking and biking not far. Restaurants, breweries close by. This Airbnb will not disappoint!

The space was very nice and the amenities were great. Joseph was very helpful and responsive — the instructions were clear and anything we needed help with we received quick replies. Overall, we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this host!

You can park literally out front of the apartment on the grass. I own the whole corner lot so as long as you don't block anyone in you're good!
