House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night 3. check out is at 11 a.m.. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please correctly state the number of pets on your reservation. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet per night. 6. We are pet friendly but we have a two pet max unless otherwise agreed. 7. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 8. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee its a prefect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 9. We have our house professionally serviced by pest control professional both for mosquito spraying and bugs. However please be aware that this is the south, and when the weather changes, or after storm weather you may see a bug. This is not an indication that the place is dirty, but that we indeed live in a swampy below sea level city :)

My girlfriend and I booked Joseph’s place and it was amazing , very quiet neighborhood for the most part. Everything looked just like the pictures and even had more to offer. Felt like home , I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be booking again!

We had a great stay here. We were able to relax after exploring Charleston all day. It’s a nice place with everything taken care of. Joseph was quick to message back with anything asked. We will stay here again

10/10 everything was as it was shown on the Airbnb app, the host was nice no problem checking in or out getting was great if I was to visit South Carolina again I would want to stay here again.
