Always swim with a buddy and never let children swim unsupervised. Safety first! 🦺 🐞 Bug Info: We totally get it — bugs aren’t fun! That’s why we have professional pest treatments regularly. However, with changing weather and humidity in the South, you might still spot a bug or two. This doesn’t mean the home isn’t clean — it’s just part of living in a humid, below-sea-level area. 🌿🌧️ To keep bugs out, please make sure doors and windows are properly closed. If you do see any unwanted critters, just give us a shout! Please note, seeing a bug isn’t a reason for a refund. ⛈️Hurricane Season Pro Tip: Purchase traveler's insurance! House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night 3. check out is at 11 a.m.. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please correctly state the number of pets on your reservation. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet per night. 6. We are pet friendly but we have a two pet max unless otherwise agreed. 7. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 8. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee its a prefect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 9. We have our house professionally serviced by pest control professional both for mosquito spraying and bugs. However please be aware that this is the south, and when the weather changes, or after storm weather you may see a bug. This is not an indication that the place is dirty, but that we indeed live in a swampy below sea level city :) 10. Please note that the club facility (pool and gym) are NOT included in your booking and must be booked at the guest's discretion in advance. 11. This house has a pool, please do not allow children or pets to be unsupervised outside.

Our family had a great week at Joseph’s air b&b. We were able to find everything easily and anything we needed was responded to in a timely manner. My children loved the pool even though it was still chilly for swimming! We left floaties for the next guest to enjoy. We were able to get to many great beaches from this location and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The home was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us.
