This is a 2 story, 1590 square foot house with 3 true bedrooms and 1 flex space that can serve as a 4th bedroom. Our stand out amenity is our private pool. If you search for houses with a pool on airbnb, you will discover that many of them say they have a pool but only have access to a country club. That is not the case here. This home has a great mix of communal space both indoor and outdoor as well as well appointed bedrooms perfect for larger groups that also enjoy privacy. 🛏️ The bed sizes are as follows: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin bed X2 Bedroom 4: this is the flex bedroom where the couch can serve as a full bed 🧑‍🍳 Fully equipped kitchen 🚗 ample parking 🕓 Free early check in (when possible) 🧳 Early luggage drop off (starting at 12pm) at no charge 🏊 Private and properly maintained pool (no pool pass or extra cost required)

Other Details to Note

Pool: This property has a private pool which is awesome, but does come with safety concerns. There is obviously no life guard so all swimming is at your own risk. Please don't swim alone and don't let children swim without supervision. 🐛 A note on bugs: We hate bugs too! That's why we have our properties treated regularly by a professional pest company. That being said, when temperatures and moisture levels change, you may see a bug. This is not an indication of cleanliness but a reality of living below sea level in the South. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Summerville, SC. The house was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. The pool, sunroom, and hammock were definitely our favorite features, perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time. The home comfortably fit our group of 10, which made it ideal for our personal trip to visit my son at the nearby naval base. I would absolutely recommend this place and plan to rebook every time I come back to the area!

Amazing place and stay! It was awesome to have the space for our children to have fun and dog to play and feel right at home. The pool was great as well! We had a wonderful time.
