This beautiful home sits right on the fairway with views of the 8th green and a scenic lagoon. It’s in the gated Wyndham Ocean Ridge community, a short walk, bike ride or drive from the beach, and it’s full of thoughtful touches. The Home Inside, the living, dining and kitchen areas are open to one another, with vaulted ceilings, tall windows, hardwood floors and a cozy fireplace. The fully updated kitchen has everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Relax in the bright sunroom, or step onto the deck for lagoon and golf course views. 🚗 Parking and Storage There’s a spacious driveway and plenty of storage. Please note that our cargo lift is currently out of order. 💤 Where You’ll Sleep Primary suite with a KING bed, double vanities and a custom walk-in shower Two guest rooms on the opposite side of the house for privacy (1 KING and 1 QUEEN), sharing a full bath ☀️ Extras Included 2 kayaks with life jackets 3 adult beach cruisers and 1 kid cruiser 2 kids’ scooters with helmets Grill for outdoor cooking 🌴 Amenity Pass Add our Amenity Pass for access to three seasonal pools (one is a heated indoor pool), plus free mini golf, pickleball, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball and yard games, at no additional cost. You’ll also have the playground and the private beach cabana at Beach Access #20, which has bathrooms and an outdoor shower. ⛳ Golf Carts Guests can’t bring their own golf cart, but several companies on the island rent them.

House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the house or anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night. 3. Check out is at 11 a.m.. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please be careful when operating the washer and dryer. Do not overload. 6. We are pet friendly but please state the correct number of pets to avoid a $100 penalty per unauthorized pet. 7. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after. 8. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 9. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee it's a perfect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 10. The boat and golf cart are unfortunately for owner use only.

On Edisto Beach — one of South Carolina's most beloved and unspoiled barrier islands, deliberately kept free of high-rises and chain development — the vibe is pure, old-school Southern beach: wide, shell-covered sand, live oak maritime forest, and the kind of quiet that's getting harder to find. Edisto Beach State Park, with 5 miles of beach and some of the best fossil-hunting on the East Coast, is just down the road. The Edisto Beach Fishing Pier and the island's handful of casual seafood restaurants and ice cream shops complete the picture. Charleston is approximately 1.5 hours north — a world away in the best possible sense.

Guest Access

The entire home is yours. Complimentary beach cruisers, kid scooters, and kayaks available for your use. Golf cart and boat located underneath house are owner use only.

Find us

A car is required — Edisto Island is remote by design, with no public transit (Walk Score: 13). A bike is a great way to explore the state park and beach road. Groceries and supplies should be stocked before arriving — the island has a small grocery and a few shops. Charleston International Airport is approximately 1.5 hours north. Ride-share is not available on Edisto — plan to drive.
