1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night. 3. Check out is at 11 a.m.. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please be careful when operating the washer and dryer. 6. We are pet friendly but please state the correct number of pets to avoid a $100 penalty per unauthorized pet. 7. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 8. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee it's a perfect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 9. The boat and golf cart are unfortunately for owner use only.

We enjoyed our stay at Joseph's listing on Edisto Island. It was a lovely home and a very quiet off season stay. We loved the friendliness of the locals right down to the gatehouse attendant. The place was clean and the decor was beautiful. I absolutely felt at home in the Bohemian bedroom. It was a quick midweek getaway but we so enjoyed the time spent with my sister and hubby. Excellent home in quiet walkable neighborhood. Brought our dogs and home was very dog friendly as well. Beautifully clean kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Will be back next year!

My husband and I got away for a few days and had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer. The house had everything we needed. It was in a great location. We loved being able to watch the golfers on the green and sit outside at night with the fire pit. We used the bikes that were provided and the beach was not very far when we would walk. It was so peaceful we didn’t want to leave!

Loved this place. First of all, it was clean. The house was decorated beatufully without being cluttered and felt very peaceful. There are several bikes in storage under the house that the host lets you use and you can pretty much bike anywhere you want to go on the beach, so that was a nice perk :) Joseph was very friendly, responsive to questions, and sent many proactive informational messages. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful, exactly as described as listed. The view of the 8th green on the golf course was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, it was a very quiet setting and the location was great. We visit Edisto 3 or 4 times a year and it is one of the best places we have stayed. We will defiantly plan to return to this home.

Ein wunderbares Haus in einem hervorragenden Zustand in einer schönen und sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen. Die Strände sind grossartig, der Sonnenuntergang in der Nähe des Hauses am Abend atemberaubend. In der Anlage leben viele Rehe, die morgens und abends direkt vor dem Haus zu beobachten sind. Die Fahrräder sind ein Bonus, um die Kayaks zum Wasser zu transportieren braucht man aber einem Truck oder ein grosses SUV, zu Fuss ist der Weg zu weit.
