House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the house or anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night. 3. Check out is at 11 a.m.. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please be careful when operating the washer and dryer. Do not overload. 6. We are pet friendly but please state the correct number of pets to avoid a $100 penalty per unauthorized pet. 7. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after. 8. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 9. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee it's a perfect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 10. The boat and golf cart are unfortunately for owner use only.

Lovely spot in a private and peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was really well stocked and the house served as the perfect place to celebrate a family members birthday. Easy walk through Wyndham to get to the beach (<1mi) , and very convenient for riding the provided bikes on the bike path. Would stay again! We had a minor issue with an appliance while we were there and the host immediately sent a handyman to remedy it. Thank you!

We enjoyed a peaceful vacation in Edisto Beach. This location is perfect as the neighborhood is super quiet & it’s close enough to run/walk to the beach. I enjoyed running the bike trails in the area & our dog loved her afternoon walks on the beach. The house had everything we needed to make us feel right at home for the week. Thanks for hosting us!

This is a lovely home in a quiet area. Two king suites that are both very private plus a third bedroom. Big open concept kitchen and great room. House has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Has great outdoor area and a wonderful sunporch which we really enjoyed. The host is great and very helpful and accommodating. Edisto has amazing beach access and dogs are allowed on the beach!! Off leash too! (During certain times of the day in the season) We will definitely visit again. Well worth the price for this home.
