House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the house or anywhere on property or you will incur a $500 penalty. 2. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night. 3. Check out is at 11 a.m.. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please be careful when operating the washer and dryer. Do not overload. 6. We are pet friendly but please state the correct number of pets to avoid a $100 penalty per unauthorized pet. 7. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after. 8. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 9. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee it's a perfect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 10. The boat and golf cart are unfortunately for owner use only.

Our host was very responsive when we had some special needs with our dogs. We were grateful to have a pet friendly home to stay, so we could bring our fur-babies on our trip. The home is beautiful, with a beautiful designer kitchen, comfortable beds, and well cared for. We appreciate the extra linens available, instead of the usual bare minimum towels provided. The lift to bring up suitcases and coolers was also a nice feature. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and great for many walks and bike rides, and the beach is a nice walk or a short car ride away. The beach is a fantastic place to see dolphins and sunsets! We really enjoyed our family getaway!

Joseph's place was so clean and inviting! The beds were super comfortable, great living space, beautiful sun room and nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. We felt right at home and the instructions to get in were very easy. We used the bikes everyday to go to the beach (just under a mile) and once down to the cute little coffee shop (about 3 miles away). The neighborhood was super quiet and everything was very chill. You can watch the golfers from the back deck or from the sun room or living room. We had a question on where to use kayaks (although we didn't end up doing that) and Joseph got back to us with a nice map of places in the area where we could put in. The lift was very helpful as we were checking out as well. I would definitely recommend Joseph's place!!

Lovely spot in a private and peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was really well stocked and the house served as the perfect place to celebrate a family members birthday. Easy walk through Wyndham to get to the beach (<1mi) , and very convenient for riding the provided bikes on the bike path. Would stay again! We had a minor issue with an appliance while we were there and the host immediately sent a handyman to remedy it. Thank you!

We enjoyed a peaceful vacation in Edisto Beach. This location is perfect as the neighborhood is super quiet & it’s close enough to run/walk to the beach. I enjoyed running the bike trails in the area & our dog loved her afternoon walks on the beach. The house had everything we needed to make us feel right at home for the week. Thanks for hosting us!
