This property is a 2000 square foot family home featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Two out of four bedrooms have smart TVs. Don’t forget to check out the tranquil pond area just steps away from the backyard (separated by a fence for safety). We have a huge fully fenced in outdoor area, fun family games, fully functioning kitchen, professionally laundered towels/linens, and everything you’d expect in a quality Airbnb. ✨We take great pride in our attention to detail. πŸ› A note on bugs: We hate bugs too! That's why we have our properties treated regularly by a professional pest company. That being said, when temperatures and moisture levels change, you may see a bug. This is not an indication of cleanliness but a reality of living below sea level in the South. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund. Please be aware that there is a small pond behind our yard. No swimming is permitted. There is a door in our backyard fence that allows access to that area of the neighborhood. House Rules

1. Absolutely no smoking/vaping in the house or on the property. If you must smoke please walk to the sidewalk. Our guests expect a neutral smell in the house so any guests that smokes on the premises will be charged a $1000 penalty. 2. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night 3. Check out is at 11 a.m.. If you need more time, please ask ahead of time. Any late check out fee will result in an additional day rate being added to your bill. 4. All locals must request before booking. 5. Please correctly state the number of pets on your reservation. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet per night. 6. We are pet friendly but we have a two pet max unless otherwise agreed. 7. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep outside noise down especially during neighborhood hours of 9 p.m. 8. We have made an attempt to make the house kid friendly, but we cannot guarantee it's a perfect setting for young children. If you are concerned about this or have very young babies this may not be the ideal house. 9. We have our house professionally serviced by pest control professional both for mosquito spraying and bugs. However please be aware that this is the south, and when the weather changes, or after storm weather you may see a bug. This is not an indication that the place is dirty, but that we indeed live in a swampy below sea level city :) 10. Behind the fenced area of our backyard is a small body of water. Its a great place for a walk or to sit and relax, but please be mindful of the danger that all bodies of waters present, especially to small children. Please keep the back gate locked for this very reason and do not let children into the back area without adequate supervision. 11. Parking on the street is against the neighborhood rules. We can accomodate up to 4 cars. Two in the driveway and 2 in the garage, PLEASE make sure you don't park in the street or we will get complaints. 12. Sorry we don't allow puppies. Dogs must be 6 months or older, well cared for (spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinated), and cleaned up after.

We thoroughly enjoyed the super-clean, well-outfitted, peaceful location. The beds were AMAZING. We found it easy to relax in the home. The duck pond behind the property was a plus for me, idyllic. I would definitely recommend this sweet place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, and plenty of space. We had a blast playing foosball and darts so that was an added bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and nice.
