Accessibility
Neighborhood
This is a very safe, relatively quiet area. You can walk down our street with no issue. The street ends on a rather busy road but that makes getting out by car even more convenient. Relatively easy to walk to the main street area from our house too.
Guest Access
The entire downstairs studio is yours. You also have access to the laundry room area (shared space on other side of a locked door). The upstairs is a separate unit. You can also use the porch area and the backyard as well.
