We are happy to welcome you to our 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath house situated just a few blocks from Park Circle. Our property is perfect for groups/families of up to 6 people who are traveling to Charleston for any reason, including beach getaways, weddings, family vacations, weekend getaways, golf trips, birthday celebration, or holiday breaks. As you step inside, you will find yourself in a bright and airy living room featuring plenty of seating for you and your guests and a smart TV. Continuing through the house brings you into the dining room with seating for four plus two additional chairs that can be brought in from the living room. On the other side of the dining room is a kitchen that comes fully equipped with all your basic cooking/kitchenware needs for you to prepare delicious family dinners. The master king suite, with private bathroom, is located at the back of the house. Enjoying a morning coffee or tea on the back porch is convenient with your own separate access point to the porch from the master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms have a queen and full size bed, respectively. Situated between these two bedrooms is the second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A laundry room is located just off the kitchen so you do not have to go back home with dirty laundry. We ask that you do not use the washer/dryer for single item as overuse puts an undue amount of strain on the equipment. There are two porches for you to enjoy the gorgeous Charleston evenings, one in the front and one in the back of the house. The front porch is fully screened in and features a new ceiling fan for added comfort. There is also an eating area in the back yard if you prefer to enjoy your meals outdoors, and a firepit to roast marshmallows with the family. Other Details to Note
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home or on the porches. If it is discovered that a guest was found smoking in an unauthorized area, a smoke cleaning fee will be the responsibility of the guest who rented the property. Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The gym is 1.2 miles away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply There is a Ring Doorbell installed at the front door of the property that has a camera feature. This camera is for the security of our guests and the property. It is not permitted to be covered, disconnected, or turned off. Our backyard is mostly fenced in but not fully fenced in

There is ample off street parking at the property. No more than 3 vehicles permitted to be parked on site at a time. A door lock code will be provided prior to check in. This code will be valid for the entirety of your stay and provides an ease of access without the worry of carrying a key around during your stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy all of the areas of the home except for the owner's closet and the outdoor shed.
